That has been a major growing argument with the common people and law enforcers. In one case Sean Bell was shot 50 times by police in front of a night club in queens,NY over a misunderstanding. They thought the brush he had in his pocket for his hair was a gun and they opened fire on him 50 times and to make the situation worse, he was African-American and was killed. The shooting outraged thousands mostly the black community and it became national news to police misconduct as a epidemic. People argue that employers arent strict on who they hire into the force and that is way all this is going on.
